Refunds
Every product is a digital download, which means you have the file the moment you pay and it cannot be returned in the ordinary sense. So the policy is simple and deliberately generous:
- If a product isn't what you expected, email within 30 days and you get a full refund. No form, no interrogation.
- If a file is corrupted, won't open, or is missing pages, tell me and I'll fix it or refund it — your choice.
- Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who handle payments for this store, and return to your original payment method.
Email [email protected] with your order number. One honest sentence about what went wrong helps me improve the product, but it isn't a condition.
What you're licensed to do
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive licence for your own study and use. Concretely:
- Yes: print it, put it on your wall, load it on your tablet, use it on the flight deck, study it with a partner, keep it forever.
- No: resell it, upload it to file-sharing or course sites, or distribute it to a class, cohort, or flight school.
School, ATO, and classroom licences exist and are reasonably priced — email [email protected] with rough student numbers and I'll sort one out. I'd much rather license you properly than have you feel awkward about it.
Lifetime updates
When a product gets a revision — regulations change, or I improve it — every past buyer receives the new file free, at the address used at purchase. Keep your receipt email; that's your key. If you've lost it, email me and I'll find your order.
Privacy
I collect as little as possible, and I don't sell any of it. Ever.
- If you buy something: Lemon Squeezy processes the payment as merchant of record and holds your name, email, and billing country. I see the order and your email so I can deliver files and send updates. I never see your card details.
- If you download the free cheat card: your email address is stored so I can send the file and occasional useful emails. Unsubscribe in one click, any time, and it's deleted.
- This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
